Build the infrastructure that will power the future of transport.

The shift to net zero isn’t coming – it’s happening now. We’re delivering a network of large-scale green energy hubs designed to support the electrification of commercial transport across the UK, from HGV fleets to last-mile logistics.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, leadership-level commercial role at the forefront of transport decarbonisation—where your work directly enables cleaner, more sustainable supply chains.

The Role:

As a senior member of the commercial team, you’ll take ownership of the commercial and contractual strategy across a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.

These are not standard builds. You’ll be working across multi-disciplinary schemes involving civils, grid connections, charging infrastructure, and energy integration – requiring sharp commercial thinking and strong contractual control.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Leading commercial management across multiple projects or a major programme
  • Administering and negotiating contracts (primarily NEC, with some JCT elements)
  • Managing risk, cost control, and value engineering strategies
  • Supporting procurement and supply chain engagement
  • Influencing key stakeholders across delivery, design, and leadership teams
  • Mentoring and developing more junior commercial staff

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for experienced commercial professionals who want more than just another project.

You’ll likely bring:

  • A background in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Cost Management
  • Strong experience with NEC contracts (JCT also beneficial)
  • A track record delivering infrastructure, energy, utilities, or major civils projects
  • The ability to operate at a strategic, managerial level
  • Confidence managing complexity across multiple stakeholders

Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a genuinely transformative sector.

Why This Role?

  • Purpose-led work – play a direct role in decarbonising the UK’s transport network
  • Career-defining projects – be part of a rapidly scaling infrastructure programme
  • Leadership exposure – influence strategy, not just delivery
  • Growth environment – join a business investing heavily in people and expansion
  • Long-term impact – build assets that will shape the future of logistics and mobility

What's on offer?

  • Competitive salary
  • Company bonus (up to 15%)
  • Pension (5%)
  • Private medical, dental, life insurance
  • Quarterly offsites
  • Solid career progression

Ready to be part of the transition?

If you’re an ambitious commercial professional ready to step into a role with real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
