We're working with a regulated fintech at an exciting inflection point – FCA, MAS and FINTRAC licensed, with a broad product suite spanning multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX and digital asset settlement.


The Role

You'll own commercial growth across all client verticals – revenue, pipeline, and the performance of the sales function. The infrastructure is already in place. This is about acceleration, not rebuilding.

You'll operate as a senior leader, with direct access to the executive team and a seat at the table as the business scales.


What They're Looking For

  • Proven senior sales leadership in financial services, fx or payments
  • Deep understanding of the B2B financial services sales motion — complex stakeholders, long cycles, regulated environments
  • Commercial credibility at board and investor level
  • Rigorous pipeline management and forecast discipline
  • Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins or cross-border payments is a strong advantage
  • Competitive base, uncapped commission and a genuine opportunity to shape a business at a pivotal moment
