Sales Manager

We are partnering with an international events business to find a Sales Manager who can lead from the front, drive revenue growth, and deliver a best-in-class commercial performance across a flagship industry event.
The Role:
• Leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets
• Taking ownership of personal sales performance alongside team leadership responsibilities
• Driving new business activity and expanding the exhibitor and sponsor base
• Building and executing a commercial strategy to maximise stand sales, sponsorship, and overall event yield
• Monitoring pipeline, forecasting accurately, and ensuring activity levels remain high across the team
• Identifying and launching new revenue opportunities, particularly within sponsorship and complex packages
• Working closely with senior leadership to align sales delivery with overall event strategy
About You:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within exhibition/SPEX sales
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team in a target-driven environment
• Strong track record of delivering consistent revenue growth
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Commercially astute with a clear understanding of how to drive yield and performance
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Resilient, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
