Sales Manager

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a premium, design-led decorative brand to hire a Sales Manager to take ownership of its UK growth.
This is a business with strong foundations, a clear identity, and real momentum. Having invested in establishing a London presence, they are now entering the next phase, with ambitious growth plans and investment behind them. This role sits right at the centre of that journey.
You’ll take full responsibility for UK sales, initially as an individual contributor, with a clear pathway to build and lead a team as the business scales.
The Role
You will:
- Drive sales activity within the UK; building relationships with interior designers, architects, and premium trade partners
- Lead specification-led, project-based sales
- Host client meetings both in the showroom and on-site
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Represent the brand within the design community and at key events
- Work closely with leadership to shape UK commercial strategy
- Lay the foundations to hire and lead a future sales team
The Person
We’re looking for someone with energy, structure, and strong commercial instinct.
- Proven track record in sales into the architect and design channel
- Strong relationship builder, able to manage high-value clients
- Background in interiors, design, or architectural products is ideal
- Ambitious, with the desire to grow into a Head of Sales role
