Job Description:
We’re currently recruiting for a Sprinkler Project Manager for the Midlands area. This role would be managing projects varying in size up to £1M. The position would be ideal for someone who has experience in delivering projects in line with BSEN 12845 standards.
This position offers great flexibility, with full ownership of managing your own diary, working from home with site visits and occasional trips to the office.
Base Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Car Allowance: £5700

WFH / Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Leading project Initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders, including Sales, Design, QS.
- Completion of all H&S related documentation Inc. RAMs, attendance sheets etc.
- Supporting and managing of on-site resources, ensuring all issues are resolved and the programme is maintained.
- Site surveys
Desirable but not essential
- LPCB Design qualification(s)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- A can-do hands-on attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
