We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to join Newman's Displays to lead this expansion.

The Role

This is a strategic growth role, focused on identifying, securing and developing new revenue streams within:

• Experiential marketing & brand activations
• Corporate events & conferences
• Retail window displays & pop-ups
• Museums & exhibition environments

You will play a key role in repositioning our offering beyond theatre, cinema, and events sector and building long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in target growth sectors
• Develop and manage relationships with experiential agencies, event production companies, retail design teams and brand marketing departments
• Lead client meetings, pitches and commercial negotiations
• Build and maintain a 12–24-month revenue pipeline
• Work closely with internal production teams to scope projects accurately
• Protect and grow gross margin through strong commercial negotiation
• Support development of sales materials and sector-specific positioning

About You

• We are looking for someone with:
• 5+ years’ experience within experiential marketing, event production, retail design, exhibition build or similar creative production environment
• A proven track record of generating new business revenue
• An existing network within London agencies and/or brand marketing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and margin awareness
• Experience pitching creative production services
• Confidence operating in both creative and operational environments

Desirable:

• Knowledge of scenic build, large format print or fabrication
• Experience working with premium brands
