Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)


We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Analyst to support a high-profile HR Transformation programme for a large, complex organisation based in Nottingham. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping HR processes, systems and operating models as the business modernises its people function.


The Role

Working closely with HR, IT and Programme teams, you will:

  • Act as the key interface between HR stakeholders and delivery teams across a multi-workstream HR Transformation programme
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis across core HR areas (e.g. Core HR, Reward, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Employee Relations)
  • Translate business and HR requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar)
  • Contribute to business cases, target operating model design and benefits realisation
  • Support UAT, change impact assessments and readiness activities
  • Ensure solutions align to future-state HR strategy and best practice


About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR Transformation programmes (Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data and operating models
  • Experience working on HR system implementations or upgrades
  • Skilled in requirements definition, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior HR stakeholders
