The Role & The Work

From the outset, you will manage a complex caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters from instruction through to resolution, navigating litigation, negotiation and enforcement with precision and efficiency. But beyond the day-to-day, you will play a key role in shaping how the team operates, driving smarter processes, influencing strategy and contributing to the evolution of a growing business line.

Your Experience

• England & Wales Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE)
• Strong background in debt recovery and litigation
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively
• Experience advising financial institutions or lender clients (desirable)
• Strong understanding of enforcement and recovery strategies
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
