Job Description: Sales Assistant – Marina Rinaldi – Mayfair Flagship – Immediate start


We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant for the London Flagship.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
  • Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
  • Clientele activities
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
  • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Deals with customer queries and complaints;
  • Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;


Profile:


The ideal candidate will:


  • Demonstrate good conversational English.
  • Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
  • Team player – be motivated to achieve personal and team goals
  • Continuously maintain high standards.
  • Good verbal and listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Flexible with work hours
  • Professional appearance and presentation.


Mandatory:


  • Previous experience requested above
  • No students as this is a full time position
  • Right to work in UK
