We are seeking a passionate and experienced consumer PR Junior Account Manager / Senior Account Executive to support our team, who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a large scale. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of consumer brands, with a keen interest and proven experience in beauty and consumer lifestyle brands.
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative PR strategies and campaigns for clients across a variety of sectors, with a focus on beauty, health and wellness and lifestyle.
- Act as primary contact for clients, building strong working relationships.
- Write compelling and creative press materials including press releases, media alerts, feature stories and other collateral.
- Pitch and secure media coverage across print, online and broadcast.
- Identify, secure and liaise with relevant talent/influencers for campaigns.
- Build on existing media contact list and regularly meet with journalists, content creators and talent management agencies to build key relationships and stay up to date with needs of media and industry best practice.
- Collaborate effectively with internal delivery teams across market research and broadcast.
- Stay up to date with news agenda and media / social trends to establish opportunities for client communications.
- Manage day-to-day activities on accounts including monitoring coverage, responding to media/interview requests, planning events, selling in story ideas, product placement, reporting etc.
- Work alongside senior members of the team on proposal and strategy planning, working to clients’ budgets and overall business objectives.
- Co-ordinate client events, overseeing all strands of activity, from ideation stages and planning through to onsite management.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Assist in administrative duties across the agency such as media reporting and monitoring.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years PR experience, preferably within a beauty or lifestyle agency.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and securing top tier coverage for clients.
- Strong media relations skills with contacts across consumer, lifestyle, health & wellness and beauty.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of the different social media networks.
- Time keeping and working to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficiency at Office 365.
- Passion for the PR industry and its best practices.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully support company’s PR strategy and execute it in different phases.
- Pitch press releases and feature ideas.
- Write press releases, news stories and case studies.
- Influencer collaboration.
- Create and curate engaging content showcasing creative flair.
- Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect journalists & clients.
- Effectively utilise company’s social media.
- Draft and distribute press releases and media sell ins.
- Assist in administrative duties across agency such as media reporting and monitoring.
- Support in coordinating and attending various client events.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Perform research and market analysis activities and attend brainstorms.
- Presentation skills from communicating ideas to our team and journalists to capture their attention.
- Keep up to date on new PR, influencer and social media tools that can be beneficial to the agency and your clients.
Essential Skills:
