HR Business Partner

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to align people strategies and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships across the team to understand key challenges and provide effective HR solutions and advice on workforce planning, talent development and performance.
• Influence and support senior stakeholders in decision-making on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement and performance, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead and support organisational organisational change initiatives, mitigating risks, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining engagement during periods of transformation.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, working with CoEs to deliver impactful surveys and action plans.
• Lead on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Key skills required

• 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Business Partner.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver business-aligned HR solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR guidance while delivering hands-on operational support.
• Experience within a creative or luxury industry and experience supporting commercial and marketing teams is preferred.
