We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join a thriving and supportive secondary school community in the Rayleigh area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and contribute to a high-performing Maths department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience).
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress and achievement.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Maths curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback to support improvement.
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
• Demonstrates high expectations for all learners.
• Is committed to inclusive education and student success.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team.
