We’re partnering with a large, national organisation responsible for managing a significant portfolio of essential public‑service sites across England, spanning clinical, office and operational environments. As part of a small, highly specialist team, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to lead on complex ER matters across a broad regional remit.
This is a senior, permanent role, reporting into the Head of Colleague Relations, and offers genuine scope to influence culture, capability and outcomes in an organisation where people decisions really matter.
The role This is not a high‑volume, transactional ER position. Instead, you’ll focus on complex, sensitive and high‑risk casework, providing expert guidance and judgement while shaping best practice across the region.
You will:
You’ll be based from one primary site in the Midlands, with regular travel across Central and Eastern England. Travel expenses are covered, with occasional overnight stays and infrequent visits to the London head office.
About you You’re a confident, credible ER specialist who is trusted for your judgement and comfortable operating in complex, nuanced environments.
