Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (onsite, 5 days per week)

Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week

The opportunity A growing national organisation within the property and services sector is expanding its in‑house HR function and is now looking for an HR Advisor to play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across the business.

This role sits at the centre of employee relations activity, providing practical, informed and balanced advice that supports both people and the organisation. You’ll work closely with managers, helping them navigate people matters with confidence, fairness and consistency.

It’s a hands-on advisory role, well suited to someone who enjoys managing complexity, building strong relationships and making a real impact on the employee experience.

The role is based at head office in Ringwood, with some travel to other sites as required.
