For Repair Care UK, we are looking for a Specification Account Manager area London North. In this role, you are responsible for developing and influencing specification opportunities within the construction, refurbishment and heritage sectors. You build relationships with architects, surveyors, large and national contractors, housing providers and heritage organisations, with the goal of turning early project involvement into contractor engagement and product usage.
How you make the difference
As Specification Account Manager, you play a key role in positioning Repair Care’s solutions at the front end of the market. You influence projects from design stage through to completion and ensure the right stakeholders are connected throughout the process. By combining market knowledge, relationship building and commercial follow-up, you help expand Repair Care’s presence and convert specification opportunities into business.

Your team
You work closely with Technical Account Managers, distributor partners and internal colleagues across the commercial organisation. Together, you support regional growth, contractor engagement and successful project conversion. You report to the Senior Specification Account Manager / UK & Export General Manager.
