The Role

They're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing SDR team. You’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales organisation, driving performance, and embedding best practice across lead generation and prospecting.


What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Set targets and manage performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
  • Own and evolve SDR strategy, processes, and ways of working
  • Analyse pipeline and activity data to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to improve lead quality and handover


What they're looking for

  • Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, with people management responsibility
  • Strong background in sales or business development, consistently exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator and coach with a hands‑on leadership style
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track and analyse performance
  • Commercial, data‑driven mindset


Nice to have

  • Experience within IT services, technology, or managed services environments
