What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components
  • Reading, editing and adjusting CNC programs to keep production flowing
  • Carrying out in-process inspection using measurement equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues and working with the team to minimise downtime


What They’re Looking For

  • Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator within precision engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
  • Experience using tool setting and inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
