Product Designer

Audio, Video and Streaming Media company | London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) | £63K + bonus

We’re looking for a design‑led Product Designer to work on app‑first, audio‑driven products used by millions.

This role suits someone who leans more toward design craft than pure UX — strong UI, interaction and visual execution, with solid UX judgement.

What you’ll do

• Design mobile‑first product experiences, end‑to‑end
• Improve engagement, retention and personalisation across our apps
• Own design from discovery through to delivery with engineers
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Explore how video and richer media enhance audio‑first experiences

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a design‑first Product Designer (approx. 65% design / 35% UX)
• Has shipped real app or mobile‑first products
• Enjoys crafting interfaces, interactions and polished UI
• Can talk confidently about how their work was designed, built and iterated

Useful experience

• Audio, media, broadcasting or streaming products
• Consumer apps focused on engagement and habitual use
