We are currently partnered with a top UK law firm who is looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their Real Estate & Projects team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an experienced and recognised team, ranked Tier 1 in their field of work.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Completion of SDLT returns
- Drafting various legal documents
- Reviewing and reporting on title documentation
- Providing clients with monthly invoices and progress reports
- Managing a large number of deadlines relating to a number of cases
- Undertaking Land Registry formalities
- Dealing with enquiries and chasing paperwork
- Conducting administrative duties when required
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to be/have the following:
- Have a minimum of 12 months (contentious) experience in a similar role as a Paralegal
- Have a completed law degree at 2:1 or equivalent
- Have experience with Registered Providers (desirable)
- Be able to commute to the London office 3 days a week minimum
