Senior Risk Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Morson Edge are partnering with a leading FinTech on an exclusive mandate in identifying a Senior Risk analyst to focus on their wholesale risk function.

This exciting opportunity would join a growing fintech and play an integral role in managing how the bank assess the credit risk aligned with commercial real estate. Acting as the SME you would provide risk mitigation strategies alongside recommendations for credit approvals.

The role would be London based with 2-3 days in the office.

Responsibilities would include:

• Manage and communicate regulatory developments which may impact the bank
• Lead of the evaluating commercial real estate originations, enhancements and renewals
• Monitoring of the commercial real estate portfolio ensuring KRIs are effectively managed

To be considered you would require:

• Demonstrable background working in commercial real estate
• Experience conducting risk analysis alongside recommending credit and reg risk ratings
• Extensive knowledge of transaction structures, analysing term sheets, and facility agreements.
