Your focus:

You’ll lead on CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) packages across major data centre builds—driving cost planning, procurement strategy, and commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

About you:

• Background as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong CSA package experience
