Data Governance & Integration Lead

Day Rate: £500 Outside IR35

Contract length: 6 months

We’re looking for a Data Governance & Integration Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream within a global data programme.

This role will focus on leading the design and delivery of a Workforce Data Hub integration, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the solution is not only well designed, but also delivered effectively and on time.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role in a fast-paced environment, requiring someone who can step into an in-flight project, bring structure, and drive progress with minimal oversight.

• Able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams

• Comfortable working with and guiding technical resources
• Able to quickly get up to speed and add value in an existing programme

Key Skills & Experience

• Data governance / data strategy expertise
• Experience delivering data integration or data hub solutions
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data flows
• Proven ability to drive delivery and manage timelines
• Experience working closely with developers / engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in enterprise / large-scale environments

Day Rate: £500 Outside IR35
