The Role: Property Facilities Manager (RICS)
Sector: Real Estate
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Benefits

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes (PPM) across the London portfolio.
- Liaising with contractors and service partners to protect long-term relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Overseeing compliance, health & safety, and service charge budgets with a meticulous, proactive approach.
- Coordinating supply chain performance and site activity using internal systems (TABS experience advantageous).
- Supporting the broader management and community teams in delivering seamless, high-touch service.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a calm, coordinated approach to busy multi-site operations.
- Working knowledge of RICS framework
- Good working knowledge of Service Charge budgets and charge back to clients
- Experience managing high-end or hospitality-influenced workspaces, private clubs, or premium office environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, paired with a professional polish and service-led mindset.
This is an opportunity to join a values-led, sophisticated and growing business that hold collaboration, discretion, and excellence in delivery front and centre of all they do.
