Our client is seeking a driven Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) to join its growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in London. You will work on complex, high-profile matters, across both contentious and non-contentious mandates, advising a broad range of stakeholders. You will take on significant responsibility from day one – leading transactions, managing matters independently and collaborating across practices and jurisdictions, while contributing to business development and to the team’s continued growth. The role: Advising stakeholders, including insolvency office holders, lenders, directors, investors and corporates Leading distressed M&A transactions across a variety of sectors Supporting boards through financial stress, including advising on directors’ duties and restructuring options Drafting, reviewing and negotiating restructuring and insolvency documentation Handling appointments and related court applications Delivering clear, commercial advice on complex legal issues Supporting client development and thought leadership initiatives. About You: 5-7 years’ PQE in Restructuring and Insolvency from a respected law firm Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters Strong technical and commercial understanding of insolvency frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and analyse complex information Awareness of cross-border issues and regulatory considerations.
