Product Owner - Business Services

Company: Atlassian Williams F1 Team

Location: Grove

Posted: May 7th, 2026

Be the bridge between business and technology at one of F1's most iconic teams.

Atlassian Williams F1 Team is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Technology and Innovation Group (TIG). In this role, you'll be the critical link between our Business Services functions — HR, Finance, Cost Engineering, Legal, and Marketing — and the technology teams who build and maintain the platforms that power them.

If you're a natural communicator with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for turning complex business challenges into elegant technology solutions, this could be the role for you.

The Role

As Product Owner for Business Services, you'll own the technology roadmap for a range of platforms serving our internal business functions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand how they operate today and where they want to get to, then translate that into clear, actionable product definitions that our technology teams can deliver against. You'll also ensure the wider business always has visibility of what's being built, what's coming next, and when.

What you'll be doing
