\nI'm working with a well-loved Yorkshire practice offering an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Property team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
\n
\nThe Role You’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners and the wider team, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. This is a varied position where no two days are the same.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities

\n\n

\n\t
• Processing work through digital dictation systems (BigHand)
\n\t
• Using a case management system to progress files
\n\t
• Requesting property searches and AML checks
\n\t
• Submitting Land Registry applications
\n\t
• Handling calls and enquiries from clients and third parties
\n\t
• Managing emails, post, and general correspondence
\n\t
• Assisting with file opening and closing
\n\t
• Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks
\n\t
• Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards
\n

About You

\n\n

\n\t
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
\n\t
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\t
• GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above)
\n\t
• Some knowledge of the conveyancing process (preferred)
\n\t
• Able to prioritise and manage your own workload
\n\t
• Strong word processing and administrative skills
\n\t
• Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven team
\n\t
• Positive attitude and aligned with firm values
\n
