Career Makers are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established, medium-sized residential care home in the heart of Doncaster. Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

• Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
• Monitor and manage residents care plans, ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are met.
• Lead team communication, coordinating tasks and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements as a Team Leader:

• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Minimum of 1 years Senior Care Assistant experience within a care home
• Full driving licence & own a car
