The Role:As a Parts Advisor, youll play a key role in supporting the workshop and customers by ensuring vehicle parts are sourced and supplied quickly and accurately, while maintaining excellent administrative and stock control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplying parts to both workshop and retail customers
• Selling genuine parts and accessories
• Using electronic systems to identify and order parts
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Booking in and managing parts deliveries
• Handling data and documentation accurately
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and internal processes

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
• Strong IT skills and experience using systems
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team player who can build effective working relationships
• Experience within a main dealer environment (desirable)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays
