AbouttheRole
,accommodation-basedserviceforindividualswithcomplexneeds,includinghomelessness,mentalhealthchallenges,andsubstancemisuse.
KeyResponsibilities
- Carryoutriskassessmentsanddevelopeffectiveriskmanagementplans.
- Assessnewclientsforsuitabilityandprovidecrisissupportwhenneeded.
- Adviseonwelfarebenefits,housing,andhomelessnesslegislation.
- Developclient-ledsupportplanstohelpachieveshort-andlong-termgoals.
- Makereferralsandassistclientsinaccessinghealth,education,employment,andcommunityservices.
- Promoteresidentinvolvementanddeliverone-to-oneandgroupinterventions.
- Ensurecompliancewithsafeguarding,confidentiality,anddataprotectionprotocols.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsandsupportfacilitymanagement,includingsafetychecksandroominspections.
