This is a rare opportunity to launch and shape a service from day one building a strong culture, embedding therapeutic practice and leading a team that makes a genuine difference to young peoples lives.
The Role
You will provide visible, high-energy leadership within the home, ensuring strong on-site presence during key therapeutic and high-demand periods. While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service.
Flexibility is supported but hands-on leadership comes first.
What Were Looking For
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Preferred)
? Previous exp 3-5 years as a Registered Manager within Childrens Residential
? Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
? SEMH approach to leadership
? Passion, resilience and high standards
Whats On Offer
Up to £80,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
