Goodman Masson are currently working with a social housing organisation in Norfolk to recruit for an interim Home Ownership Manager.
Pay: £250 - £315 a day INSIDE IR35
The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Home Ownership function, ensuring the delivery of a compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service. You'll oversee a wide range of homeownership activities while driving continuous improvement and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take responsibility for the full end-to-end Home Ownership service, including:
- Managing shared ownership and shared equity transactions, including resales, assignments, and staircasing
- Overseeing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications
- Leading on remortgaging, redemptions, and sales progression
- Supporting asset disposals, land transactions, and commercial property sales
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Acting as the subject matter expert for homeowners and leaseholders
- Driving excellent customer service across all touchpoints
- Maintaining oversight of conveyancing processes and ensuring audit compliance
- Collaborating with brokers, lenders, and legal professionals
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, maximise value, and enhance service delivery
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and leadership capability. You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience managing within a Home Ownership or similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales process and relevant legislation (including RTB/RTA)
- Experience working in a regulated sector
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside brokers, lenders, and solicitors
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality services
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence in decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving
