Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant construction or engineering qualifications preferred.
