This isn't a 'sit back and oversee' kind of role - we're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and lead from the front.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and developing the in-house finance function from the ground up
- Taking ownership of management accounts and financial reporting
- Getting hands-on with transactional finance duties when needed
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and controls
What we're looking for:
- Strong, proven experience in a similar all-round finance role
- Must have Xero experience!
- A proactive, hands-on approach - you're not afraid to get into the detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone ambitious, driven, and genuinely passionate about what they do
- A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
