As a Spa Assistant, you’re more than just a support role—you’re the calming presence that helps create moments of peace, tranquillity, and rejuvenation for every guest. You’re the first face guests see as they step into a sanctuary of relaxation, and you’re there to ensure every detail of their experience is seamless and extraordinary.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Experience of working in hotels or the hospitality within administration roles
Experience in working within a fast paste environment
Experience dealing with complaints/enquiries

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service, aligned with our professional standards
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker facilities
Serve spa guests with refreshments and ensure a relaxing atmosphere throughout their visit
Assist with towel and linen management including restocking and reporting damaged items
Carry out regular pool tests in line with health and safety standards, reporting any irregularities
Promote and up-sell treatments and products to meet personal and departmental targets
