Customer Service Assistant - Blackpool

We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre in Blackpool in June 2026.

If you're friendly, energetic and love being around people, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Customer Service Assistant - Party Host, you'll be hosting birthday parties, helping guests have a great time and keeping the centre buzzing.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant - Party Host, you'll be at the heart of the action-welcoming guests, hosting exciting kid's birthday parties, delivering delicious food to the lanes, and keeping the centre looking its best. You'll also be a friendly face for customer questions and spot opportunities to enhance their experience.
