What Makes You Our Ideal Hero?
You’ll bring:
- 12+
months’ supervisory experience in a golf environment
- A
solid background in event delivery
- Experience
working with recognised operating standards (AA, 59 Club, etc.)
- Fantastic
interpersonal skills and a naturally engaging, guest?focused style
- Confident
IT skills, including Microsoft applications
Your Mission: Deliver ‘Yes, We Can’ Service Every Day
In this exciting, hands?on role, you will:
- Support
the Golf Manager and Assistant Golf Manager in achieving
Golf Operations objectives
- Help
oversee daily Golf Operations, including Golf Services, locker
room facilities, and the Celtic Manor buggy fleet
- Take
ownership of resolving escalated guest queries or complaints
- Deliver
five-star service, leading by example with presence, energy, and
professionalism on the floor
- Assist
in developing smart, effective rotas to maximise operational
efficiency
