MCS Group is working with Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service to recruit an interim Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to support the delivery of its People Strategy and wider transformation agenda.
This is a key role within the People & Culture team, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver innovative learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives that enhance capability, engagement and performance across the workforce.
You will be a collaborative and solutions-focused OD/L&D professional with experience delivering strategic people initiatives within complex organisations.

Duration: Temporary initially for 6 months, with potential for extension
Pay: £21.09 per hour
