Head of Data & Analytics Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid) Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available) We’re partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation in Belfast to appoint a Head of Data & Analytics. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping how data is used to drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and clients, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and delivering real value. Why join? * Senior, high impact role with board level exposure * Lead a business wide data transformation journey * Strong focus on commercial outcomes and measurable value * Opportunity to build and develop a high performing data function What you’ll be doing: * Define and deliver the organisation’s data strategy, aligned to commercial goals * Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and data literacy across the business * Lead the design and evolution of central data platforms and reporting capabilities * Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to translate data into actionable insight * Lead and develop teams across data engineering, analytics, and reporting * Establish best practices for data governance, standards, and controls * Oversee delivery of cross functional data initiatives that improve efficiency and performance * Manage relationships with external partners and technology providers What you’ll bring: * Proven experience leading data and analytics functions * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link data to business value * Experience improving data quality, governance, and organisational data maturity * Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience at senior levels * Hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI, Azure, SQL, or similar * Track record of building and leading high-performing teams * Solid understanding of modern data platforms, reporting, and analytics tools * Ability to influence, communicate clearly, and drive change across the organisation Interested?
