We are currently looking to recruit an M&EMaintenance Supervisor who will supervise and manage the onsite hard services maintenance team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are delivered safely and efficiently.

As part of the M&EMaintenance Supervisor role, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day hard service maintenance operations.
• Work with scheduler to ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed safely and within specified timescales in line with the contract SLA.
• Develop a productive relationship with the clients representatives.
• Ensure all relevant company H&S & HR policies and procedures are implemented to include incident reporting, risk assessment, Tool Box talks and efficient documentation completion.
• Carry out annual SMART reviews of technicians.
• Assist in the control and management of subcontractors on site.
• Ensure continuous improvement is an integral part of the service delivery.
• Oversee completion of all monthly reporting records as required for KPI.

As an M&E Maintenance Supervisor, were looking for:

• Recognised formal engineering qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience within a supervisory Maintenance role.
• Strong building services maintenance background.
• Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision making ability
