The Role
This role sits within the widerEirGridGroup, which includes SONI andEirGridplc, andoperatesacross the Single Electricity Market (SEM) for the island of Ireland.

EirGridGroupoperatesand develops the electricity system across Ireland and Northern Ireland, playinga central rolein the transition to a low-carbon energy future. Through the SEM,operatedjointly by SONI andEirGridvia the Single Electricity Market Operator (SEMO), energy can flow efficiently across the island and into European markets.

The Operations & Asset Management function is central to delivering real-time and near-time system and market operations on a 24/7 basis across the island.

As aSenior Controller (Settlement), you will play a key role in operating settlement processes, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met in line with the Trading and Settlement Code. You will work collaboratively across SONI andEirGridteams, engaging with colleagues and market participants to support efficient,transparentandaccuratemarket operations.
