Real Estate Solicitor | Birmingham | Excellent Progression Opportunity £40,000 to £75,000 2+PQE

The role
- Join a sizeable and well-structured real estate team handling a broad mix of commercial property matters
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion with appropriate support
- Deliver fee-earning work in line with team and firm targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact
- Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues across departments on cross-referral opportunities
- Stay up to date with legal developments through ongoing training and research

You- 2–4 years PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation skills
- Confident running your own files and dealing directly with clients
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
