As a Senior Broker, youu2019ll play a key role in delivering expert facultative reinsurance solutions. Your day-to-day will include: Collaborating with colleagues and clients on a range of marine facultative reinsurance placements Advising on placement build, coverage options, market capacity, pricing trends, and strategic improvements Supporting the development and delivery of compelling market presentations and broking strategies Identifying efficient placement channels aligned with client guidelines and influencing market outcomes Negotiating terms and conditions with insurers to secure the best possible deals Ensuring compliance with Aonu2019s Risk Management Framework and policies, including required training and risk mitigation activities Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong technical understanding of client needs and the reinsurance market Demonstrated background in broking and facultative reinsurance Excellent communication skills u2013 both written and verbal Confident networker with deep industry connections Skilled in sales and marketing within the insurance sector Analytical approach with proven data interpretation capabilities. Collaborating alongside colleagues and clients on a range of marine facultative reinsurance placements. Confirmed experience in broking and/or underwriting facultative reinsurance, for maritime terminals and harbour facilities Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
