The role

As a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be the strategic learning lead for the Clyde business within Naval Nuclear. This is a high‑impact role where your expertise directly enables operational performance and future capability in one of the UK’s most critical defence environments.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

This role is full time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, and is based at HMNB Clyde Faslane. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with occasional travel to our Rosyth site.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
