About the Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will set the strategic direction and vision for the agency, ensuring sustainable growth, commercial success, and creative excellence. You will:
- Define and lead the overall business strategy, aligning with group objectives and market opportunities
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long‑term value creation
- Lead and inspire the executive leadership team, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture
- Oversee key client relationships, acting as a senior figure in major pitches and partnerships
- Ensure operational excellence, delivering high‑quality work efficiently and at scale
- Own full P&L responsibility, including financial planning, forecasting, and margin management
- Represent the agency externally at industry events, client engagements, and group forums
- Champion a strong, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Maintain and elevate the agency’s creative reputation and market positioning
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior business leader within an agency or marketing services environment
- Strong track record of driving business growth and improving profitability
- Deep understanding of agency financials, including P&L management and commercial governance
- Experience working with board‑level or group stakeholders within a networked business
- Highly credible client‑facing leader with experience in senior stakeholder management and major pitches
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Commercially astute with a balance of creativity and operational understanding
- Confident communicator with strong executive presence
- Resilient, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
Salary: Up to £250K
