NEW OPENING AT BULLRING!

Snowflake Gelatois a luxury frozen dessert and drinks business. We are looking for someone inspirational to manage our brand new opening in Birmingham, to set up and lead a friendly and committed team. The General Manager role is responsible for providing our customers with a unique experience from the moment they first approach us to when they make their purchase and beyond.

Leading the team, organising duties and making sure standards are delivered. Reporting into and working alongside the Operations Manager, our General Managers are expected to embody Snowflake’s values and drive the business to commercial success.

Role Overview

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our kiosk's success. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless operation of our kiosk, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and fostering an environment where "Serving Happiness" is at the heart of everything we do.
