- Professionally qualified in tax, with extensive experience across corporate taxation, tax compliance, and tax accounting.
- Strong technical expertise in tax accounting, including significant experience applying International Accounting Standards in financial reporting; exposure to international operations is beneficial.
- Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to relevant local and international regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support, identifying and implementing tax-efficient approaches aligned to business objectives.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate their potential impact on the organisation, advising stakeholders accordingly.
- Partner with external advisors and collaborate with internal teams across the business on a range of tax-related matters.
- Support audit processes and proactively identify, assess, and manage tax risks.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self‑motivated approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail, supported by strong analytical capability and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Effective communicator, able to present complex technical information clearly to a diverse, non-specialist audience.

- Professional qualifications in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
