About The Role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Head of CRM to join us.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end CRM strategy, defining and orchestrating the user journey across all touchpoints to drive activation, build lasting habits, and maximise long‑term retention at scale.
- Owning the CRM tech stack and data infrastructure, ensuring a robust, real‑time environment that enables precise, personalised one-to-one communication across platforms.
- Building and scaling CRM monetisation products, developing high-performing advertising solutions within CRM flows that generate strong ROI for brand partners without compromising the user experience.
- Driving product innovation through experimentation, using CRM-derived behavioural data and user insights to test hypotheses rapidly and shape the broader product roadmap.
- Scaling a healthy, compliant user database, growing the marketable audience while maintaining data hygiene, deliverability standards, and adherence to global privacy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, gained within high-growth B2C, marketplace, or Ad‑Tech environments, with a track record of delivering impact at scale.
- A commercial and creative thinker, with the ability to design communication flows that feel native and valuable to users while functioning as high-performing vehicles for brand partners.
- Technically fluent across modern MarTech, comfortable working with APIs, data events, and complex trigger logic – able to get under the hood of a CRM stack to unlock its full potential.
- A rigorous experimenter, using A/B testing and cohort analysis as core tools to drive measurable improvements and validate decisions with data.
- A balance of big‑picture thinking and executional precision, with a clear vision of the end-to-end user journey and an unwavering attention to the detail of day-to-day delivery.
