Popin Vehicle Graphics is growing, and we’re creating a senior‑level position for an experienced vehicle wrapper ready to step into a role with real influence — combining high‑level installation work with quality control, mentoring, and workshop leadership support.

• Annual Salary of £32,000-£38,000 OTE

Ongoing Specialist Training

• Work directly with the Graphic Installation Group
• One of the UK’s leading 3M Select Assessors
• 2 structured training days every 12 weeks
• Continuous development to keep your skills sharp

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high‑end vehicle wraps, colour changes & graphics installs
• Taking ownership of quality control (QC sign‑off) across projects
• Supporting and mentoring junior and mid‑level installers
• Assisting leadership with team development and standards
• Acting as a go‑to technical expert within the workshop
• Helping maintain and elevate 3M Select Partner standards
• Leading by example on prep, finish, and best practice

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in vehicle wrapping (portfolio & references required)
• Strong technical ability across full wraps, detailing & finishing
• Confidence in quality‑checking work and maintaining standards
• Experience mentoring or supporting other installers (preferred but not essential)
• A methodical, detail‑driven approach
• Full UK driving licence
