Head of Resource Management

Company: JMAN Group

Location: London

Posted: May 8th, 2026

JMAN Group is a fast-growing data engineering & data science consultancy. We work primarily with Private Equity Funds and their Portfolio Companies to create commercial value using Data & Artificial Intelligence. In addition, we also work with growth businesses, large corporates, multinationals, and charities.

We are headquartered in London with Offices in New York, London and Chennai. Our team of over 550 people is a unique blend of individuals with skills across commercial consulting, data science and software engineering.

We were founded by cousins Anush Newman (Co-founder & CEO) and Leo Valan (Co-founder & CTO) and have grown rapidly since 2019. In May 2023 we took a minority investment from Baird Capital and in January 2024 we opened an office in New York with the ambition of growing our US business to be as large as, if not bigger than, our European business by 2027.

This is an exciting time to join a high-growth organisation.

Reporting into the Head of Delivery Governance, the Head of Resource Management is responsible for leading JMAN’s global resource management capability, ensuring the effective alignment of client demand, delivery capacity, and workforce capability.

The role sits at the centre of the delivery organisation, partnering closely with Cluster Leads, CoE’s, Delivery, Finance, and HR to ensure projects are staffed effectively, delivery commitments are achievable, and utilisation is optimised without compromising quality or people development.

This is both a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for building a mature resource management function that enables the business to scale efficiently while maintaining high delivery standards.

Partner closely with the Head of Delivery Governance to provide demand–capacity visibility supporting portfolio sequencing, mobilisation readiness, extension impact awareness, and cross-cluster prioritisation decisions.

Whilst based in our London office, the role has a global remit, and there will be periodic travel to UK, US, and India.
