Description
- Act as a senior legal advisor to key client stakeholders
- Deal with a wide range of asset management matters
- Draft and oversee leases, licences, variations, and related agreements
- Work on property portfolio management work
- Work with legal / IT colleagues to deliver a seamless service
- Manage complex caseloads efficiently and commercially
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client strategy
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5-10 years PQE in English law
- A track record dealing with asset management for large corporate clients
- Ideally experienced in acquisitions or plot sales (desirable)
- A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach
- Confident using legal technology and digital tools
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £68,000 to £80,000 per annum.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days annually.
